Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All sales are final and all items must be paid for the day of auction. Payment Terms and Conditions: We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID. We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment. Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total. Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
