Terms and Conditions: All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected and encouraged to inspect the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer delcares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All items and invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction by the winning bidder.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a buyer's number, all registrants are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions of the auciton both printed and any and all announcements made the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoiced total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items purchased.
