Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction. All buyers are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. By registering and obtaining a buyer's number, all registrants are agreeing to all auction terms and conditions both advertised and any announcements made day of auction.

Payment Terms and Conditions: We Accept Cash or Check with satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived.
