Auctioneers Note:  Don and Joyce have decided it's time to slow down a little and enjoy life.  They are looking forward to traveling more and to do that means liquidating some of the farm equipment, tools, misc. items and more. Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding. Once the items are delcared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All Items and Invoices shall be paid for the day of auction.  

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the final invoice total.  Payments made with Cash of Accepted Check will have the buyer's fee waived on personal property item purchases only.   All Sales are Final.  All Invoices Shall be Paid Day of Auction.
