Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition at the time of auction.  All Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  Once the items are delcared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsiblity of the winning bidder.

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  Credit and Debit Cards may also be used as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee included with their use.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
