Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Conditon at the time of auction.  All Bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All items to be paid for the day of auction.

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We Accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.

All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any and all previously print or social media advertising.
