Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condtion at the time of auction.  All bidders are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding / buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All winning bidders are expected to keep track of the items they have won the bid on. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee included with the final total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on Personal Property Item Purchases Only.  All Sales are Final.  All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any printed or electronic advertising, or social media post. 

Directions:  Appoximately 2.5 miles East of Roland, Ok. ( Moffett Bottoms) Next door to Wholesale Motors and the Cheyenne Gentlemen's Club.  Just 1 mile West of Fort Smith, Ar.
