Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items are sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition without any warranties experessed or implied.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of any item before the items are delcared sold.  Once the items have been delcared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the resposibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering for the auction and acquiring a bid number all registered buyers are agreeing to the terms of the auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We take Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All purchases made with a Credit or Debit Card are subject to a 4% buyers fee included with the final total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.

Street   Take a hard Right Turn on 5th. Street, Turn Left on Mabray Lane.  Take Mabray Lane to Quail Run, Turn East on Quail Run and follow to the Auction Location.
