SPECIAL NOTE !!!!!!    THE DRIVEWAY TO THE PROPERTY DOES HAVE AN INCLINE AND IS CHALLENGING  IN A COUPLE OF PLACES, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO DRIVE A VEHICLE WITH GOOD GROUND CLEARANCE.  ONCE YOU REACH THE PROPERTY THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF PARKING AND ROOM FOR TRAILERS.

Auction Terms and Conditons:  All personal property items and real estate will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition at the time of auction. All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. 

Payment Terms and Conditons:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee included with the final purchase amount.  All payments made by Cash or approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived. 

Directions: From Natural Dam, Ar. continue North on Hwy 59 for 12 miles and watch for signs on Hwy 59, Or if you are traveling South on Hwy 59, the turnoff will be 4 miles south of the Evansville Fire Dept.
