Auction Terms & Conditons:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition without any warranties of any kind.  All buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the items are declared sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All items must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee included with the final total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items only.
