BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each online purchase. PAYMENT: All payments must be made within or before 72 hours of being invoiced after the close of the auction. Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 3% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING & HANDLING: All items will be shipped via Priority Mail at the buyers expense. A handling fee of $5.00 per box will be charged. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. The shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card on file. YOU WILL HAVE 2 CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium, a second charge for the shipping/handling/insurance. NE Sales tax will be charged to all NE resident buyers and any out of state buyer that picks up their purchases at our facility. If you buy online and we ship to you out of state, you will NOT be charged sales tax. If you are a NE resident and are exempt and are exempt from sales tax for resale purposes, please be sure we have a Form 13 on file fo you.
