STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing on Sunday, January 19th at 7:00 pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, January 20th from 11:00 - 2:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out time will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for your purchases on behalf of our seller. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Vaughn King passed away over a year ago and his family has decided to sell his home and all his belongings at auction. This first auction will consist of his 1999 Dodge Durango, boats, lawn & garden items, furniture, kitchen items and basic household items. His house will sell on Auction #2 on Tuesday, January 28th at 7:00 PM. There will be a open house to tour the home on Saturday, January 25th from 11:00 - 12:00 PM Central Time.
