during the auction resulting in highest total sale price. Down Payment: Ten percent (10%) down payment on the day of the
auction upon signing a purchase agreement(s) immediately following the close of
the auction. The down payment can be paid by personal check, corporate check or
cashier's check. The remaining balance will be due on or before February 13,
2017 at the closing with delivery of deed. Property is being sold subject to
