This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding Cory Craig, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Cory Craig, Auctioneer is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Cory Craig, Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Cory Craig, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
