Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Old West Reatly & Auction LLC shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions.
TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: No Shipping available on this auction.
LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, October 12th from 9:00 - 10:00 AM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

We are excited to be hosting an online only auction for St. Patricks Catholic Church in McCook. They traditionally have a live auction for their annual Fall Festival but due to the pandemic they are having to change things up a bit. These are all items that members of the parish and community have donated to help the church for their annual fundraiser.
All funds, including the buyer's premium, raised go to support the St. Patricks Catholic Church and School.
