BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: If shipping is needed all items will be shipped via Priority Mail at the buyers expense. A handling fee of $5.00 per box will be charged. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. The shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card on file. YOU WILL HAVE 2 CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium, a second charge for the shipping/handling/insurance. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, April 20th 2:00 - 5:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. This is a LARGE toy, doll & collectible auction. While the majority of the toys are NASCAR related there are a few antique toys, collectible tractors and miscellaneous toys. Plus hundreds of dolls with a mixture of old and new. Most of the collection of NASCAR items is owned by Jay Darnall who has spent years and years collecting NASCAR items and has been liquidating his collection. There is a wide variety of items on this auction....lots of collectible die cast stock cars, transporters, toys, coin banks, collectibles and much more. All of the dolls and related lots all come from Ellen Howard of McCook, NE. She was a very avid collector of dolls over the years and due to her health she has decided to part with them. There are several Shirley Temple, Crissy Dolls, Effanbee, Composition Dolls and many, many more. She is even selling many of her shelving units she used to display her dolls.
