The doors will open at 8:30 am auction day for final inspection and bidder registration. The auction will be held in a heated building. Method of Payment: A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all purchases. All bidders must register and provide proper identification. All items are sold "As-is, where is" and must be paid in full the day of the sale in CASH, CHECK, Visa or MasterCard. In the event the Buyer is paying by Visa or MasterCard a 3% convenience fee will be charged to the Buyer. Removal: No items will be removed without proof of payment. Removal times will be from the conclusion until 4:00 pm and on Monday, March 2nd from 9:00am until 2:00pm If additional time is needed for removal times are needed for removal please contact the auction company to make arrangements.
