AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS Method of Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 15% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the final purchase price. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.Payment of Vehicles The payment of the vehicle will need to be by cash, wire transfer or certified funds. Sales Tax: Indiana Sales Tax will be charged on all purchase unless the Buyer has an appropriate Tax Exemption Certificate. Auction Company Reserves Right to Require Cash, Wire Transfer or Certified Funds: Due to the high amount of fraud in online auctions, The Steffen Group reserves the right to require buyers without established credit with the auction company to pay for their purchases by Cash, Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, April 28,2025 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Landscape Maintenance Facility located 428 W. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and the Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company. Delivery: Shipping will NOT be available for this auction. However, LOCAL delivery is available for a fee.
