Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and the Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company. Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in-house through Shipping Saint. Large items will be shipped using More Than Mail, Pak Mail or Similar (NOT ALL ITEMS QUALIFY FOR SHIPPING - CALL SALE MANAGER FOR CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS). All costs associated with shipping, including boxes, materials, and handling, will be paid by the Buyer. A $5 handling fee is added to all invoices requesting shipping. For questions regarding shipping, contact the Auctioneer prior to the closing day of the auction. We cannot ship with an outside shipping label being sent to the shipping department. Any invoice total of $500.00 or more will also be shipped with and adult signature required. The items will be packed, and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint or the Outside Shipping Company.
