BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: If shipping is needed all items will be shipped via Priority Mail at the buyers expense. A handling fee of $5.00 per box will be charged. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. The shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card on file. YOU WILL HAVE 2 CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium, a second charge for the shipping/handling/insurance. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, January 13th 3:00 - 5:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. This auction will have items from Norma Anderson, the late Pat Koetter and guest consignors. Norma Anderson of Oberlin, KS and her late husband Gordon were avid collectors of many things including china dolls and glassware. According to her family, she was one of the top collectors in the country of Cape Cod Depression glass by the Imperial Co. She owned and is selling a vast collection of Cape Cod including some of the rarest pieces ever made. Pat Koetter was a very avid collector of dolls and her collection shows just how much she loved it. Her collection consists of a wide variety of dolls from Barbie Dolls to very high quality collectible dolls. Her family says it is time to share their mothers collection in hopes that others can enjoy her treasures as much as she did. Please note this auction only consists of about half of her collection. We will be selling the other half on a future online auction. This auction will also have a vast collection of clown memorabilia from the 1930's to the 1980's from a family who had family involved in the circus.
