BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Friday, May 8th from 9:30 - 1:00 PM CT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. For over 70 years Denis League's family has owned and operated League Builders Supply in Stratton, NE. On December 31st, 2023 Denis made the difficult decision to close the doors as he decided to retire. We have been honored to help Denis liquidate all the inventory he had left in his store with 2 prior auctions and now this will be his 3rd and final auction.
