TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing on Sunday, April 27th at 7:00 pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no Shipping. LOAD OUT: Car is located in McCook. Arrangements to pick up the car will be made after the close of the auction. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. This absolutely gorgeous collector car has been generously donated to St. Patricks Catholic School in McCook, NE by Vickie Malleck and her late husband Griff. The car will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to the school. As Vickie said "A lot of memories have been made with Griff's "fun" car, not only for the two of us but also several beloved people. Hopefully, the winning bidder will get as much enjoyment and have fond memories with this car like we did."
