Pickup Terms
Purchased items will be available for pickup only. No delivery or shipping services are offered by Gooch Auction Group, LLC.

Your credit card will be charged.
A disposal fee of $20 per lot will apply.
For items weighing over 10 pounds, an additional $100 fee will be charged.
The auctioneer will determine the disposition of unclaimed items.

Auto-Extend Feature: If a bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes of the auction, the closing time will extend by an additional five minutes from the last bid. This process repeats until no further bids are received within the final five-minute period.

Abandoned Items
Items not picked up or paid for by the specified removal deadline will be deemed abandoned. The auctioneer reserves the right to resell, store, or dispose of these items, with all associated costs billed to the buyer. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

In the event of technical difficulties, Gooch Auction Group, LLC may extend, continue, or close the auction as deemed necessary. Neither the auction company nor the software provider is responsible for missed bids due to technical issues.
