REMOVAL Appointments are mandatory for item removal and must be scheduled between 9 am (PT) and 4 pm (PT) on Thursday, December, 12, 2024 and Friday, December, 13, 2024. All Buyers or Authorized Agents must present PHOTO IDENTIFICATION upon arrival, please be aware that a photo of the individual removing items from the auction site will be taken to confirm identity (Your Privacy Matters, we don't use your photo for anything other than identification purposes and we don't use your photo for advertising). Buyers with a history of a minimum of 15 transactions (separate auctions) with which no issue was had regarding payment or pickup MAY (at HAI discretion) be exempted from photo identification. ALL Authorized Agents for any buyer is required to present photo identification. Schedule appointments based on the quantity and size of items purchased, but not more than two (2) appointments per Buyer. Excessive use of appointments will be deleted by Huisman Auctions. Please be aware that some appointments may overlap due to the quantity and size of items being loaded. Late appointment arrivals will automatically be forfeited. Failure to pick up items will result in $25 (small item) or $100 (large item) per item charge for disposal. EXEMPTIONS Resellers are required to upload a valid Resale Certificate to their Bidder account to be eligible for sales tax exemption. These certificates must be reviewed and accepted before the auction closes to utilize the exemption. It is the responsibility of Bidders to inform Huisman Auctions beforehand (prior to auction closing) of their intention to utilize or waive this exemption. LOTS Buyers are required to collect all items listed and organized within the lot(s); failure to comply may result in disposal fees and potential blacklisting. IMAGES Images are provided as a representation of the lot item(s), other lot items may be visible in images, lots are sold by description only, not by image details. VEHICLES Vehicles listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) and title origin will have title paperwork. Title paperwork will be mailed via Certified Mail after ten (10) business days of the auction, unless the Buyer has failed to remove the vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration, sales tax and fees due to DMV. Off-road, farm vehicles and towable/special equipment not listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) will not have title paperwork. Buyer’s invoice is the Bill of Sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand the California's requirements concerning Diesel Fueled Engines, the following disclosure applies to all Diesel Fueled engines sold. Any on-road heavy-duty diesel, alternative-diesel, or off-road diesel vehicle, operated in California, may be subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use On-Road (Truck and Bus) or In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulations. It therefore could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants.
