PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Wire Transfer, Cash (exact change), Cashier's Check, Approved Business Checks, Credit Cards (up to a $1,000 limit per transaction). Any balance exceeding $1,000 must be paid using one of the other accepted methods. Wire transfer details will be provided in the invoice email. Payments can be made at our Galt office. Please contact our office in advance to confirm staff availability for processing alternative payment methods.
PAYMENT DUE
After the auction closes, invoices will be generated, emailed, and available in the buyer's account. Buyers are responsible for initiating payment immediately and notifying the office by phone or email with their payment method. Deposits from winning bidders will be applied toward the auction invoice. Deposits from non-winning bidders will be refunded via wire transfer within five business days. An 18% Buyer's Premium applies, along with location-based sales tax. Full payment is due by 4pm (PT) on Friday, January, 03, 2024.
REMOVAL
Appointments are mandatory for item removal and must be scheduled with a facility representative at least 24 hours in advance to ensure representative availability. Please contact the appropriate Representative below for an appointment. All items must be removed no later than 3 PM (PT) on Friday, January, 10, 2024. Any items remaining after this time will be considered abandoned and forfeited, with no refunds or further rights for the Buyer. These items will be subject to penalty, storage, and administration fees.

Attention all Buyers and Authorized Agents: It is mandatory to provide photo identification. Kindly have photo identification ready upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer.
REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers or authorized agents are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Loading assistance is NOT provided or available. Purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for loading and removal of purchases.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
DISCLAIMERS
It is the Bidders responsibility to review all auction information, dates, times, terms and conditions of the auction. Bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of the auction when the first bid is placed, therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Huisman Auctions reserves the right in its sole discretion, to remove or block bids that cannot be verified as legitimate. If Huisman Auctions is unable to verify a Bidders identity, after trying all reasonable means of contact, bids may be removed. All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” and “with all faults” with no warranties expressed or implied. The description of property is based solely on visual impression, and is given solely for identification purposes only. No items have been tested for working conditions by Huisman Auctions. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Buyers or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after items have been removed by the Buyer or items have been signed for after time of removal. Buyers who default on their purchase authorize Huisman Auctions to charge a $1,000 re-listing fee to their credit card on file or to retain their deposit to cover this fee. By participating, all bidders acknowledge and agree to this policy in the event of default. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
WHITELIST AUCTIONS
This is a whitelist auction, open only to qualified participants. All bidders must receive approval prior to participating in the auction. Verified buyers with a history of timely payments will not be required to submit a deposit to bid. New bidders are required to submit a $1,000 deposit via wire transfer to be approved for bidding. Once a new bidder has completed purchases in at least four auctions without payment issues, the deposit requirement will be waived for future auctions. Deposits from winning bidders will be applied toward the auction invoice. If a new bidder does not win and has no invoice, their deposit will be refunded via wire transfer within five business days. Alternatively, non-winning bidders may choose to retain their deposit with us if they plan to participate in a future whitelist auction. By participating in this auction, all bidders agree to comply with these terms and any additional terms specified during the auction process.
EXEMPTIONS
Resellers are required to upload a valid Resale Certificate to their Bidder account to be eligible for sales tax exemption. These certificates must be reviewed and accepted before the auction closes to utilize the exemption. It is the responsibility of Bidders to inform Huisman Auctions beforehand (prior to auction closing) of their intention to utilize or waive this exemption.
LOTS
Buyers are required to collect all items listed and organized within the lot(s); failure to comply may result in disposal fees and potential blacklisting.
IMAGES
Images are provided as a representation of the lot item(s), other lot items may be visible in images, lots are sold by description only, not by image details.
VEHICLES
Vehicles listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) and title origin will have title paperwork. Title paperwork will be mailed via Certified Mail after ten (10) business days of the auction, unless the the Buyer has failed to remove the vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. The Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration, sales tax, and fees due to DMV. Off-road, farm vehicles and towable/special equipment not listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) will not have title paperwork. Buyer’s invoice is the Bill of Sale.
*Some Vehicles are Non-Operational (not in running order), may have missing parts and must be removed by hauling or towing. Absolutely no refunds or changes will be made because of Bidders’ failure to understand these terms.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and understand California's requirements concerning Diesel Fueled Engines, the following disclosure applies to all Diesel Fueled engines sold.
Any on-road heavy-duty diesel, alternative-diesel, or off-road diesel vehicle, operated in California, may be subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use On-Road (Truck and Bus) or In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulations. It therefore could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants.
