Approval Process: To request approval, navigate to the Bid Gallery and select the desired lot, then click the "Get Approved to Bid" button. Review your account to ensure you meet the required invoice and payment history criteria for quick approval. Approval requests must be submitted by noon on the day the auction closes. If you don’t have the necessary invoice and payment history, you’ll need to provide a deposit, which must be received at least one hour before the auction closes to participate. Act promptly to ensure your approval. Bidding Approval: Existing Buyers - Verified buyers with a history of four or more completed invoices and timely payments are not required to submit a deposit to bid. Buyers with fewer than four completed invoices must provide a $1,000 deposit via wire transfer. New Bidders - New bidders are required to submit a $1,000 deposit via wire transfer to be approved for bidding. Once a new bidder has completed purchases in at least four auctions without payment issues, the deposit requirement will be waived for future auctions. Winning Bidders: Deposits from winning bidders will be applied toward the auction invoice. Refunds for Non-Winning Bidders: If a new bidder does not win and has no invoice, their deposit will be refunded via wire transfer within five business days. Alternatively, non-winning bidders may choose to retain their deposit with us if they plan to participate in a future whitelist auction. By participating in this auction, all bidders agree to comply with these terms and any additional terms specified during the auction process. It is the Bidders responsibility to review all auction information, dates, times and conditions of the auction. If you are not able to comply with the said terms, we highly recommend that you refrain from bidding.
