Bidding Approval: Existing Buyers - Verified buyers with a history of timely payments will not be required to submit a deposit to bid. New Bidders - New bidders are required to submit a $1,000 deposit via wire transfer to be approved for bidding. Once a new bidder has completed purchases in at least four auctions without payment issues, the deposit requirement will be waived for future auctions.

Winning Bidders: Deposits from winning bidders will be applied toward the auction invoice.

Refunds for Non-Winning Bidders: If a new bidder does not win and has no invoice, their deposit will be refunded via wire transfer within five business days. Alternatively, non-winning bidders may choose to retain their deposit with us if they plan to participate in a future whitelist auction.
