We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, November 18th from 1:00 - 5:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out time will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for your purchases on behalf of our seller. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. There will be a skid steer available to help load the heavier items. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. We are liquidating an HVAC business in McCook that unfortunately had to close its doors. There is a large quantity of items to sell so we have divided it up into two different auctions. Auction #1 will have all of the office furniture and supplies, a lot of great woodworking equipment and tools and lots and lots of hand and power tools. Auction #2 will close on Tuesday, November 19th and will have a lot of specialty tools and equipment specific to HVAC, lots of HVAC supplies & HVAC equipment but also several nice pieces of shop equipment like a really nice Grizzly lathe, Grizzly Drilling/Milling Machine, Miller Welder, Plasma Cutter, Press, Bandsaw, Toolboxes & Trailers.
