The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. We will provide buyer with contact information. Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. Shirley Andrews, a long time resident of Wauneta, NE just recently passed away and her family has decided to sell her home and all her belongings. This is the 2nd auction for Shirley's things and consists of her house and all her belongings from her detached garage and storage units that she rented.
