A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases, and an 18% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, October 14th, BY APPOINTMENT from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Steffen Group Auction Gallery Location located at 102 South Jefferson in Ossian, Indiana. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and the Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company. Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in-house through Shipping Saint. Large items will be shipped using More Than Mail, Pak Mail or Similar. All costs associated with shipping, including boxes, materials, and handling, will be paid by the Buyer. A $5 handling fee is added for a small, single auction lot and an additional fee for additional lots or an auction lot with bulk items.
