The American Flyer collection includes numerous S gauge steam engines, such as the 4-8-4, 4-6-2, and 4-4-2 models, complete with tenders. These are accompanied by a variety of train cars, including cabooses, boxcars, hoppers, and specialized cars like searchlight and crane cars. Many of these items date back to the mid-20th century, offering a glimpse into the golden age of model railroading.

Lionel trains are also well-represented, with O gauge, three-rail locomotives and cars. Notable pieces include a 2-4-0 steam engine with a slope-back tender and various diesel engines. The auction also includes train accessories such as transformers, track switches, and scenic elements, allowing enthusiasts to create complete layouts.

For collectors of die-cast vehicles, the auction offers a treasure trove of Matchbox cars and Models of Yesteryear. These include vintage models of classic cars like Rolls-Royce, Packard, and Mercedes-Benz, as well as utility vehicles and construction equipment. Many of these come with their original cases, adding to their collectible value.

The auction also features a selection of other vintage toys and games. Highlights include cast iron toy banks, some shaped like animals or buildings, and tin litho toys. Board game enthusiasts will find classic titles such as Monopoly, Sorry!, and Candy Land, along with more unique items like a Gold Chest of Games set.

Model kit builders will be interested in the Williamsburg and Bicentennial model building kits, which include replicas of historic American buildings like the White House and Independence Hall.

For those interested in military collectibles, the auction includes Britains lead soldiers and other military-themed sets, showcasing various regiments and historical periods.

Rounding out the collection are vintage dolls, including Madam Alexander's Little Women series, and a selection of other toys ranging from toy trucks to wooden and mohair animal figures.
