Please note for this auction NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ITEMS!! This is a specialty auction. All Payments are to be made via, CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, or PAYPAL. WHEN PAYING VIA ANYTHING OTHER THEN CASH, CLEARING TIMES MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON METHOD OF PAYMENT. All shipping is to be arranged prior to the end of the auction, you must contact us, to verify shipping of a particular item. Several items in this auction WILL require Freight shipping and preparation. Items requiring freight shipping will have an automatic Handling charge of $50.00 applied, due to specialty packaging, crating, and preparation concerns for these items. All other shipped items from this auction, will have a $10.00 handling charge applied, because of the delicate nature of most of the items. UNLESS YOU NEED SHIPPING, ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE PICKED UP: TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M WEDNESDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M THURSDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M FRIDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M SATURDAY 12:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M Because we do not have storage space in our store, all orders that and are not picked up by 3PM the Saturday following the auction will have a $5 minimum storage handling fee added to their order. IF YOU HAVE OVER 5 ITEMS, THE STORAGE FEE WILL BE $1.00 PER ITEM. This will added to your order before the charge is made. (This excludes orders that require shipping) All orders are to be paid for by 3PM Saturday (unless other arrangements have been made). We will charge your card at 3PM, including storage handling fees. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED, your items will awarded to the next highest bidder, or if there is no next higest bidder, you will lose the items and they will be re-listed in the next week's auction. If you pay cash after 3PM Saturday, no buyer's fee discount is given. If for any reason you cannot pick up your items by Saturday, please contact us to make arrangements. If arrangements are made, your credit card will be charged at that time, and you may be assessed storage fees depending on the length of time in the arrangements. If your items are not picked up 14 days from the close of the auction all items on the invoice will be either donated or relisted at our discretion. No addditional warning will be given. This is a Specialty Fundraiser Auction. This auction is for a very nice women named Tami (See picture in first lot), who has been diagnosed with Late Stage Pancreatic Cancer. All items in this auction are from an avid collector of Japanese, Chinese, and Indonesian Antiquities. Several items in this auction are over 100 Years Old, and come from Pre-Occupation Japan and Pre-CCP China. There are also several pieces which are newer (1970's-2000's) Pottery and Art, as well as some absolutely amazing Abstract Art. If you want to just donate to Tami's treatment and care, contact us, and we will help you with that. Auction will be continuously updated until the day before the start, so keep an eye out for new items, descriptions, pictures, etc.
