All orders must be picked up in-store unless shipping is arranged.

Storage Fees
Orders not picked up by 3 PM the Saturday after the auction will incur a $5 storage fee. For more than 5 items, an additional $1 per item will apply. (Shipping orders are exempt.)

Payment Terms
Payment must be completed by 3 PM on Saturday unless prior arrangements are made.
If a card is declined, items will be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted.
Cash payments after 3 PM do not receive buyer�s fee discounts.

Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for verifying all information related to the specific items they wish to bid on. This includes checking item conditions, potential value, and any other relevant details. Buyers are encouraged to preview items in person. We are not liable for any assumptions made regarding an item�s condition or value based on incomplete information. If you have questions or need additional information, you must contact us before bidding.

Unclaimed Items
Items not picked up within 14 days will be donated or relisted without notice. No refunds will be provided for donations.

By agreeing to these terms, you accept all consignor fees. Purchases over $1,000 must be paid via Bank Wire, PayPal, or Cash.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is available for most items. Ensure items are marked for shipping before bidding. If not marked, you will be responsible for the item�s fate (e.g., arrange shipping, donate, or relist).
A $20 surcharge applies if we ship unmarked items.

Handling Fees
Handling fees are as follows:
Boxed Items: $5 for the first box, $5 for each additional (up to 24x24x24)

Items marked as �not shipping available� incur a $20 surcharge if shipping is insisted upon. We are not responsible for damage to these items during shipping. Freight shipping requires prior approval and the buyer is responsible for all arrangements.

Buyer Premiums and Taxes
A buyer�s premium of 10% for cash and 13% for credit card payments applies to all invoices. Idaho sales tax of 6% will be added for sales shipped within Idaho and for store pickups.
