* All Guns will be picked up at Liberty Arms in Smithville, Tn by appointment with an additional $40 fee
* Pick-up Appointment Hours: August 29 8:30 am to 6:00 pm by appointment August 30 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and other time will need to be confirmed by August 29 at 12:00 noon
* Town & Lake reserves sole discretion to determine appropriate shipping methods and charge those fees to the buyer.
* Invoices must be paid in full BEFORE items will be submitted for shipping preparation.
* Buyer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping, if shipping is needed. Contact the auctioneer for information on shipping costs.
