Conditional Sales: Sales accepted by the seller are binding and cannot be retracted.
Auctioneer Rights: Town & Lake Realty & Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items, reject, or cancel any bids at its discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Processing Fees: Credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.
Payment Due: For invoices under $5,000, the credit card on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. No items may be removed until full payment is received.
Shipping and Firearm Policies
Shipping:
Shipping is available within the United States only.
Town & Lake Realty & Auction determines shipping methods and charges those fees to the buyer.
Items will not be prepared for shipping until invoices are paid in full. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Firearms:
Firearms cannot be shipped.
Purchases are subject to a background check.
If a bidder fails the background check, they forfeit the item, and payments will not be refunded.
General Terms
No Guarantees: All items are sold as-is, where-is, without guarantees or warranties of any kind.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will not be collected.
