(Example: Lot sells for $100, Total due is $110) Sales tax: 7.5% will automatically be charged unless the buyer notifies the auction company immediately upon the purchase of the buyer’s exempt status. This should be done by emailing auctions@ruhterauction.com with sales tax exempt information. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: All items must be removed by 5:00PM on AUCTION DAY!
