Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction. Full payment must be made no later than 4pm (PT) on Wednesday, July, 17, 2024. REMOVAL Appointments are mandatory for item removal and must be scheduled between 9 am (PT) and 4 pm (PT) on Friday, July, 19, 2024. CLICK HERE to schedule your appointment. REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent. All Buyers or Authorized Agents must present PHOTO IDENTIFICATION upon arrival, please be aware that a photo of the individual removing items from the auction site will be taken to confirm identity (Your Privacy Matters, we don't use your photo for anything other than identification purposes and we don't use your photo for advertising). Buyers with a history of a minimum of 15 transactions (separate auctions) with which no issue was had regarding payment or pickup MAY (at HAI discretion) be exempted from photo identification. ALL Authorized Agents for any buyer is required to present photo identification. Schedule appointments based on the quantity and size of items purchased, but not more than two (2) appointments per Buyer. Excessive use of appointments will be deleted by Huisman Auctions. Please be aware that some appointments may overlap due to the quantity and size of items being loaded. Late appointment arrivals will automatically be forfeited. NO Appointments, Late Appointments will only be accommodated if availability allows. NO Shows, items will be considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer. Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer. Failure to pick up items will result in $25 (small item) or $100 (large item) per item charge for disposal. Buyers that fail to pick up items may be permanently blocked from bidding at Huisman Auctions. REMOVAL ASSISTANCE Buyers or authorized agents are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. DISCLAIMERS It is the Bidders responsibility to review all auction information, dates, times, terms and conditions of the auction. Bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of the auction when the first bid is placed, therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Huisman Auctions reserves the right in its sole discretion, to remove or block bids that cannot be verified as legitimate. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Buyers or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after items have been removed by the Buyer or items have been signed for after time of removal. Buyers in default authorize Huisman Auctions to charge a 25% re-listing fee to their credit card based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly. POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION Huisman Auctions Inc reserves the right to postpone or cancel any Auction, or any sale resulting therefrom, at its own discretion, without notice. Huisman Auctions Inc will have no liability to prospective bidders or Sellers as a result of any withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of Auctions or sales. WITHDRAWAL OF AUCTION / AUCTION ITEMS User acknowledges and agrees that Auction Items may be withdrawn or sold prior to or after the end of the designated auction period, that the Auction may be discontinued, either temporarily or permanently, and that the Auction may, at Huisman Auctions Inc's sole discretion, be extended beyond the designated auction period, all without notice to User. Generally, Auction Items shall be sold to the highest bidder; provided, however, that some Items may be auctioned with minimum reserve prices, and/or subject to Seller's right of confirmation. EXEMPTIONS Resellers are required to upload a valid Resale Certificate to their Bidder account to be eligible for sales tax exemption. These certificates must be reviewed and accepted before the auction closes to utilize the exemption. It is the responsibility of Bidders to inform Huisman Auctions beforehand (prior to auction closing) of their intention to utilize or waive this exemption. LOTS Buyers are required to collect all items listed and organized within the lot(s); failure to comply may result in disposal fees and potential blacklisting.
