BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or cashiers check within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing Sunday, June 9th at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Wednesday, June 12th from 1:00 - 5:00 PM CENTRAL TIME ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Lloyd Sinner, long time resident and business owner of Wauneta, Nebraska recently remarried.. He and his new bride Susie recenlty moved into a new home and are selling their other homes. The majority of the items on these 2 auctions are from Lloyd's home and are a lifetime collection from him and his beloved first wife Gloria. There are also some items from Susie's home that she no longer needed and added to the auction. Due to the large volume of items we will be having 2 auctions for Lloyd. This first auction consists of all the "smaller" items which consists of many kitchen & household items, jewelry, christmas, linens, collectables, glassware and more. Auction #2 will consist of all the furniture, yard items and such and will also have the items from Susie and a guest consignor.
