The Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration, sales tax, and fees due to DMV. Off-road, farm vehicles and towable/special equipment not listing a vehicle identification number (VIN) will not have title paperwork. Buyer’s invoice is the Bill of Sale. *Some Vehicles are Non-Operational (not in running order), may have missing parts and must be removed by hauling or towing. It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and understand California's requirements concerning Diesel Fueled Engines, the following disclosure applies to all Diesel Fueled engines sold. Any on-road heavy-duty diesel, alternative-diesel, or off-road diesel vehicle, operated in California, may be subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use On-Road (Truck and Bus) or In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulations.
