But using the Max bed feature the program will bid for you with out you having to log in or watch the close of the auction. The program will only increase your bid when someone else out bids you up to the max bid you have set. Online registration: Bidder verification is required. This requires that the bidder registers with a credit card. Butler Auctioneers, LLC Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at the specified time. Butler Auctioneers, LLC Online Auctions also have an auto-extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of an auction item, the close of the item will be automatically extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For example: if an auction item is scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:01. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2-minute time frame. Please monitor the countdown timer to see when the lot will close. Staggered Closing: This online auction closes in intervals. Lots will close every 15 seconds unless a bid is made in the last 2 minutes which will allow for that lot to be extended. All property is sold in �AS IS� and �WHERE IS� condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc., will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Payment, Pickup, Shipping & Storage Terms: Payment Info: A Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval; you will receive an email with invoice showing your purchases and the total price. Your credit card on file with HiBid will be charged automatically for the invoice total. Any invoices over $1,000 will be required to pay by wire transfer unless the person has prior buying history with the auction company. All invoices will be paid at the conclusion of the auction with the credit card used at registration. All payments must be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Credit cards are processed after the auction ends. Shipping: After the auction you will receive a text and email to select if you will be picking up or shipping. When payment for your won items has been received, your items will be boxed for shipping. You will be emailed a second invoice with a link to pay for your shipping cost once the items are boxed for shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to be shipped. There is a $5 handling fee per package (not per item) plus shipping cost. All items shipping out of country will be shipping by UPS. If you plan to pick up, you must let us know when you receive your invoice after the auction. If you do not let us know you are picking up at the end of the auction your items will be shipped. Forfeiture of Items: Any item/lot that has not been paid for or picked up from any Butler Auctioneers, LLC location without arrangements being made, at Auctioneer's discretion, will be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by the Auctioneer. Bidder will be banned from all future auctions for none payment or pickup. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Butler Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
