Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% processing fee) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be made by 12pm central time December 14th. If payment is not recieved by then the credit card on file will be charged. There is a $10 handling fee per package (not per item) plus shipping cost for any small items being shipped. Not all items are available for shipping. Once items are ready to ship a second invoice will be sent with shipping charges to be paid by the buyer. An email and text will be sent on 12/13/24 that will ask you to choose if you will be picking up your items or shipping small items. Item Transportation: Butler Auctioneers, LLC must be notified via phone or email of any items that cannot be picked up on an Auction Pickup Day, if we are NOT notified then your items will be forfeited. Storage of Personal Property Items: Any item stored at a Butler Auctioneers facility past the scheduled pickup dates will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee unless arrangements have been made with the auction company. Forfeiture of Items: Any item/lot that has not been paid for or picked up from any Butler Auctioneers, LLC location by the end of the scheduled pickup times without arrangements being made, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by the Auctioneer. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer.
