UNLESS YOU NEED SHIPPING, ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE PICKED UP Thursday 10-5 Friday 10-5 or Saturday 11-2. Because we do not have storage space in our store, all orders that and are not picked up by 2PM the Saturday following the auction will have a $5 minimum storage handling fee added to their order. If you have over 5 items, it will be $1 an item. This fee will be added to your order before the charge is made. (This excludes orders that require shipping) All orders are to be paid for by 2PM Saturday. We will charge your card at 2PM, including storage handling fees. If you card does not go through, your items may be lost to be reauctioned off or awarded to the next highest bidder. If you pay cash after 2PM Saturday, no buyer's fee discount is given. If your items are not picked up 14 days from the close of the auction all items on the invoice will be either donated or relisted at our discretion. No addditional warning will be given. If the item is relisted, it will be done in your name. No refunds given on loss of resale or donation given. All consignor fees and terms are agreed to by you with the agreement of these terms. Items must be paid and picked up by close of business on the Saturday following the close of the auction. If items are not picked up by COB on Saturday, your card on file will be charged. If for any reason you cannot pick up your items by Saturday, please contact us to make arrangements. If arrangements are made, your credit card will be charged, and you may be charged storage fees, but you will not loose your items. Shipping is availbable for most items. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is marked for shipping. If you bid on an item that is not marked for shipping, you are responsible for the cost of the item. You will have to arrange your own shipping, donate or relist the item. If we do end up shipping the item, a $20 surcharge in addition to all shipping charges will be added per item. Contact us prior to bidding for estimated shipping costs. Handling fees are added to all shipping on orders. Because of the extra packing needed, dish sets and items requiring extra packing will have additional fees added. We do not ship freight. If you purchase something where freight is needed, you will be responsible for arranging freight including preparation for freight. The Birth of Jesus Christ ~ Matthew 1:18-25 Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit. And her husband Joseph, being a just man and unwilling to put her to shame, resolved to divorce her quietly. But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins." All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet: "Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel"(which means, God with us). When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, but knew her not until she had given birth to a son. And he called his name Jesus.
