This is an Online Only Auction- All Bidders registering for this auction are required to be approved by Barnard Auctions before any bids can be placed - in order to prevent an unqualified Bidder from placing bids (Example: an underage person, or a person with a fraudulent bidding account). All Bidders must provide name, physical mailing address, email address, telephone numbers, with CC confirmation. Online Bidder registration required.
All items must sell through the auction on-line process, no presales. There will not be live/in-person bidding. You may place an absentee bid, please call 1-800-840-SOLD (7653) to make arrangements. Absentee bid (s) must be presented 24 hours before closing of auction.

Seller: COCKRUM HEIRS Each potential bidder is responsible for conductiong his or her own independent inspection, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the property. This property/farmland is offered with seller's confirmation. This sale is not contingent on the buyer's ability to obtain financing. Farmland is subject to any and all easements of record.
