All items are sold as is where is. If you are unsure of items condtion you are obligated and encouraged to contact us to come view the item in person to determine its condition before bidding. All bidders must register with this site and be in good standing to be eligible to bid. Our services are only available to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you are a minor you may use our services only in conjunction with your parent or legal guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Further, your account and user ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement. All sales are final no refunds or exchanges. All items must be paid for within 48 hours of auctions end and picked up within 7 days or be forfeited unless other arrangements are made. Pick up is at 2355 Iron Springs Road Fairfield PA by appointment. We are available most days and evenings. If you will need items shipped please notify us to make arrangements ,if we do not here from you we will assume you will be picking up in person. Forfeited items will be discarded or resold and no refund will be given. Pickup and packing are the responsibility of the buyer. Please bring any help needed and supplies such as boxes packing tape etc. All users will pay 10% surcharge which will cover PA sales tax and any credit card charges charged to us by any payment method you choose. Approved customers who will be paying by cash check or Zelle at pickup will receive a 4% discount off the total so that you are only paying sales tax and users in that category who have a sales tax ID number on file with us with receive the entire 10% discount off total.
