This is an online only auction held in our Facebook group. You must join the group with a Facebook account to be able to bid. All times and terms / condition are posted at the begging of each sale but are basically as follows: All items are sold as is where is. If you are unsure of an items condition you are obligated and encouraged to contact us to ask any questions or to come view the item in person to determine its condition before bidding. Items can be seen and or picked up here at the shop 2355 Iron Springs Road Fairfield PA. We are here most days and you can check that we are or to arrange a time or to ask any question or questions about any item by messaging here on Facebook messenger or text / call 410-259-8077. By placing a bid you agree to be bound by all conditions in this statement and to pay the amount of your highest bid or bids within 72 hours of the ending of the auction. You also agree to pick your items up from the shop location no more than 10 days from the date of auction closing. We accept cash , PayPal(Facebook Pay) or zelle as forms of payment. Auction ending time will be clearly stated at the beginning of each auction and will end promptly at that time. Any bid that comes in late will be null and void.(example if auction ends at 5 but our computer says your bid was placed at 5:01 your bid will not count , furthermore there will be no questioning bid times so whatever time facebook attaches to your bid that we see on our computer is final.)We reserve the right to extend the auction end date in the event Facebook has any technical issues. Please do not alter your bid after it has been placed , doing so will result in that bid being voided and you may be banned from future auctions indefinitely. We will accept left bids and bid for users who are not able to on occasion just contact us if you need to utilize that option. Our services are only available to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you are a minor you may use our services only in conjunction with your parent or legal guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. If you are using our service as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement. All sales are final no refunds or exchanges. If you will need items shipped please notify us to make arrangements PRIOR TO BIDDING ,if we do not here from you we will assume you will be picking up in person. Forfeited items will be discarded or resold and no refund will be given. Pickup and packing are the responsibility of the buyer. Please bring any help needed and supplies such as boxes packing tape etc. All users will pay 6% PA sales tax unless you have a PA sales and use tax number on file with us.
