Bidders are approved for online bidding based on the information provided during registration. The auction company reserves the right to approve or deny any bidders.
All items are sold "As-Is", and the auction company or staff is not responsible for any inaccuracies. It is the bidder's responsibility to preview and inspect items prior to bidding.
There is an 18% buyer's premium added to all winning bids, payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost.
All sales are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax, unless a valid Tax Exemption Form is on file with the auction company before the sale. Please email any Tax Exemption Forms to peculiaroddities13@gmail.com.
All items must be paid for in full the day after the auction. Failure to pay may result in voided invoices and a ban from future auctions. Payments will be processed through HiBid unless specified otherwise.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason.
All items must be picked up during the specified pickup time or shipped through a third-party shipping company. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the item(s), and the buyer will still be charged the full amount.
Please be aware that shipping costs may be higher than the cost of the item(s) purchased. It is the responsibility of each bidder to request a shipping quote prior to bidding and be satisfied with the shipping expense.

Join us for a multi-consignment auction featuring a wide variety of items for sale, including toys, household goods, primitives, glassware, art glass (including Viking Glass), Asian porcelain, DVDs, CDs, video games, and more. Pre-bidding for this auction will begin on 5/21/2023 and end on 5/28/2023. We highly recommend bidding early and frequently to increase your chances of winning your desired items. Please be aware that the live auction will start on 5/28/2023 at 8pm EST, and all bids will be subject to an 18% buyer premium and 6% sales tax.
After the auction, all credit cards on file will be charged the following day. Please ensure that your card is valid and up-to-date. Any declined cards will result in the forfeiture of your items and a ban from future auctions.
If you're picking up your items after the auction, please note that it is by appointment only. You can sign up for an appointment at www.asauction.co. We utilize an outside shipping company, who will contact you once your items are ready to be shipped.
