Terms: 10% Buyer Premium applies to the winning bid. A payment equal to 10% of the purchase price will be due the day of the auction. The balance will be due on or before May 19, 2023, by cash, certified funds or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. Earnest money is non-refundable if buyer fails to close.
