Auction Terms & Conditions: All Items Will Be Sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding/buying.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  All items must be paid for the day of auction.  Buyers are required to pick up ALL items they purchase, nothing can be left behind.  

Payment Terms & Conditions: We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the final purchase amount.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved and Accepted Check with have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
