Auction held March 13th, 2023 @ 11am - Lynch Community Center, Lynch, NE Nebraska Hunter's Paradise and Working Cattle Ranch Property to be sold in 2 tracts or both tracts.  Property will be sold in the manner that realizes the highest dollar. Tract 1: 822 deeded acres plus the adjoining school lease of 134 acres – total of 956 acres. Farm will sell 822 acres times the bid plus school lease payments. Tract 2: 80 deeded acres plus the adjoining school lease of 103 acres - total of 183 acres. Farm will sell 80 acres times the bid plus school payments. Tract 3: Both Tracts - 902 deeded acres plus the adjoining school leases of 237 acres – total of 1139 acres. This tract will sell 902 deeded acres times the bid plus reimbursement for both leases as outlined above. Lease 1 and 2 will be included in Tract 3. Reimbursement total for both tracts to the Seller at closing to be $15,662. Buyer will be responsible to pay Board of Education $6060.00 for the school lease for the 2023 year on the West School Lease.
