Auction Terms & Conditions:  All items including the Real Estate will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the personal property items and the real estate before bidding.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  Once the personal property items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. All personal property items are to paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms & Conditions:  We accept Cash or Personal Check with approved and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Purchases made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the final purhase amount.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
